Our team’s background is in private capital raising for infrastructure and energy. We have spent that time on the institutional side of the market — sourcing equity and debt for developers from funds, family offices, and private investors.
What we do, and what we don’t
We do
- Identify developers with a delivery record and a fundable project
- Confirm your investor status before sharing any investment information
- Explain the asset class and how these structures generally work
- Make a direct introduction to the sponsor where appropriate
We do not
- Give investment, tax, or legal advice
- Make personal recommendations or tell you what to invest in
- Issue, arrange, or manage any investment
- Hold, handle, or receive client money at any point
- Contact anyone who has not asked us to
How we are paid
We are paid by the sponsor, on a success basis, if an introduction results in a completed investment. We charge investors nothing.
We are telling you this because it is a conflict of interest and you should weigh it. We have a commercial interest in introductions completing. That is precisely why we do not advise you on whether to proceed, and why we encourage every investor to take independent professional advice before committing capital.
Our standards
- We will not proceed with anyone who does not meet the statutory eligibility criteria, regardless of how much they want to invest.
- We will not chase, pressure, or repeatedly contact you. One call, at a time you choose. If you decide against it, that is the end of it.
- We will not tell you an investment is safe, secured, or guaranteed, because it is not.
- We will tell you what can go wrong before we tell you what the opportunity is.
